“Hey, which side does the fork go on?” is a question you’ll never have to ask at a dining room dinner aboard a Carnival cruise… we set the table for you. We also bring to the table a full three courses in an experience that’s filling, but never stuffy — after all, you’re just as likely to catch waiters table-dancing as you are to order dessert. Dessert’s included (along with the rest of your meal, by the way) in your fare. But don’t skip straight to dessert, because the main course is the main attraction — drop in daily and enjoy a rotating menu of delectable favorites like steak, roasted duck, scallops and prime rib.

Here we do it with dozens of what-to-eat options... great choices like BBQ, a deli counter, salad bar, an Asian station and a pasta bar... plus one spot where the chef serves up a different surprise daily! At Lido Marketplace, there’s tons of indoor and outdoor seating made for gathering around, so you can enjoy your personal faves in your favorite company for lunch or dinner, or even breakfast! Lido’s also where you can find soft serve, frozen yogurt and fresh pizza 24 hours a day... which so far seems to be enough to satisfy everybody.
Nobody knows Mexican dining like a blue iguana. Well, our blue iguana, at least. That’s why it should come as no surprise that the BlueIguana Cantina™ features freshly made tacos and burritos stuffed specially for your enjoyment. Throw our homemade tortillas and salsa into the mix, and you have a casual dining experience that will make you say “mmmm” (which is actually Iguanese for “more, please”).
Some of the world’s favorite flavors aren’t found in restaurants, but served up on the street in trucks, stalls and carts where presentation takes a backseat to flavor, convenience… and quality. After all, when you’re just feet from the chef, you can tell they’re cooking to impress! Street Eats is Carnival’s tribute to this food phenomenon, debuting aboard Mardi Gras™ and Carnival Celebration™ with an ever-changing series of grab-and-go dishes. This open-air spot features three stations — one that specializes in steamed stuff like bao buns and siu mai, one that puts the “skill” in skillet with the likes of kebab and satay, and — oh yes — the station that fries up favorites like empanadas and falafel. At sea you may be far from the street, but flavor’s right around the corner.
When the cool ocean breeze hits your nose with the sweet smell of smoke, you know you better follow it to Guy’s Pig & Anchor Bar-B-Que Smokehouse. At this onboard, open-air spot, Guy's doin’ his authentic, real-deal barbecue, his way. The Barbecue Hall of Famer is bringin’ some big time meats like Championship Pork Butt, Smoked Round of Beef, Smoked Andouille Sausage and his famous Blue Ribbon Chicken as well as rockin’ sides like Mac Daddy Mac n Cheese, Old Skool Potato Salad and Collard Greens. Throw in his signature line of barbecue sauces and you’ve got a rockin’ sea day on deck.
We heard our CFO wanted us to build a new chicken restaurant… and we were all a little confused. Then we found out they meant Shaq, our Chief Fun Officer. (Happens all the time!) Anyway, when Shaq tells you to build a chicken joint on board, you start warming up immediately. The big guy brings his poultry know-how and good taste to the seas with Big Chicken, debuting in 2021 aboard Mardi Gras™… and then a little later on flavor teammates Carnival Celebration™ and Carnival Radiance™!
Just like Shaq’s a multitalented entertainer, his restaurant is no one-trick chick. Step up to the counter for lunch or dinner and walk away with your choice of chicken sandwiches, crispy chicken strips or juicy fried chicken baskets… plus side dishes, like potato salad and jalapeño slaw. Early-morning buzzer-beaters are invited to enjoy a breakfast of classics like chicken biscuits, a three-cheese omelet or our biscuit/egg combo featuring bacon or sausage. Snoozers are invited, too — breakfast is served until 3!
We went looking for someone to help us grill up the best burgers at sea, and we found just the guy. Carnival has teamed up with best-selling author, restaurateur and Food Network personality Guy Fieri to bring all the authentic appeal of a roadside burger shack to Guy’s Burger Joint, the cool poolside spot for hot burgers and hand-cut fries. Try a fresh-off-the-grill burger Guy’s way, or take it off-road to our toppings bar and truly make it your own.
The teppanyaki chef’s attention to craft is front-and-center… in fact it’s right there at your table! One part meal, one part performance — and all parts unforgettable — the Bonsai Teppanyaki™ experience is set to delight guests first aboard Carnival Horizon®. Take a little time out of your vacation to gather around a large shared table for a meal that’s not even a little ordinary. On every sailing we’ll be hosting four unique games on an authentic Family Feud™ set, right down to the iconic Face-Off podium, plus all the excitement of Fast Money. There’s even a version where kids can get in the game! Since we know how much entertainment the host can bring to the game, Family Feud™ Live will be emceed by none other than your cruise director. So if you’re game, sign up your team of five for an audition. Don’t worry, we won’t judge you… but your fellow cruisers will, so make sure your team brings that Family Feud spirit to the audition. You can even join the studio audience for an evening of four shows… where folks will get plucked from the audience to compete in the “Insta-family” version of the game!
A spot that's intriguing by night and friendly anytime, step into the Havana Bar™ and be transported to antebellum Cuba preserved today in old postcards, vintage literature… and classic delicacies. Take in great ocean views as you try something authentically Cuban, like café Cubano (that’s Cuban coffee!) or handcrafted Cuban cocktails (think daiquiris, mojitos and more). And this spot definitely doesn’t cool down when the sun goes down, with music and dancing keeping things hot well into the night.
Let’s recap what we know about the mysterious RedFrog so far. He’s definitely cute, he knows how to chill… and flavor is everything to the little guy.
